Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Finance and Administrative Manager to oversee the company’s overall financial management, administrative operations, human resource administration, procurement oversight, and operational support for Devopps Enterprise Limited. The role ensures the farm’s resources are efficiently managed, properly recorded, and effectively utilized to achieve organizational goals across all production units (poultry, crops, piggery, goat, fishery, and agro-processing).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage budgeting, financial reporting, and cash flow.
• Oversee accounting records, payroll, and financial controls.
• Design and enforce internal financial control systems to prevent fraud and mismanagement.
• Ensure compliance with tax, statutory, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare management accounts and financial analysis.
• Supervise administrative operations, procurement, and office management.
• Support management with financial planning and cost control.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, CPA) is an advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in finance and administrative management.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, reporting, and compliance.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft or Google Office tools.

Registered Accounting Consultant

Scope of Engagement

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Registered Accounting Consultant to provide ongoing accounting, financial management, and statutory compliance services on a retainership basis.

Key Responsibilities
